Hoy hoy Runophiles!
How are you doing?  We're great, so that's all that really matters.  Feel free to tell us how you are, though.  In person.  If it's been a while since you've been out to a show, come again.  We feel like we're making tremendous progress musically, and want to share it.  If you remember the early days when we had more jokes than songs, and gave a whole new meaning to the "Foggy Mountain Breakdown" (better called "Complete Breakdown"), you won't even recognize us, though we still put on the Invisible Pants every once and a while.
Check the Shows page, we are stretching out in the travel department, with trips to the DC area, Newark, Richmond, and other places near and far, so if you know people there, spread the Good News, for, after all, "I am not ashamed of the gospel of [Chester River Runoff]", Romans 1:16.
And, last but not least, we will have a CD soon, we swear.  For all those that ask, we're finally putting together a collection of live tracks and living room tapes, to be sold at our shows and by mail if we get organized.  It'll include some stuff from the sloppy old days, brand new live songs now that we know how to play our instruments (theoretically), originals, and a couple of takes from the last time we know of that the late, great fiddler Denise Carlson ever put her bow to a string.
Lookout, world!

(P.S., Ben here, why are you still reading this?  Didn't you hear? We've moved to www.chesterriverrunoff.com)
And don't forget to Honk Against Sprawl.  We'll miss those trees and farmland sooner than we think, and they ain't coming back once they're gone.
